James went above and beyond the whole process from before we booked with him until after our big day. He even helped us both pull off surprises for one another and captured them not only by camera but with his really cool meta glasses. We have almost a thousand photos to look back on of our big day that have been edited to perfection. Not only did he make time for us but also took time to photograph candid moments of guests and ensured everyone felt comfortable and happy whilst he was capturing our day. As soon as I met James on the morning of the wedding he made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. He was so chatty and funny and fit right in with all our guests - he even made time to photograph our cats! He split his time between myself and my husband in the morning to capture the getting ready and before ceremony moments.
The documentary style worked perfect as we got so many formal photos with our guests but it never felt like it took up the whole day, there was a perfect balance. Before the day we had meetings and he put so many plans in place that made us not have to think at all on day, he even took a look at my Pinterest board for photos we had collated for inspiration. We will be recommending James to everyone we know for any photography needs, a lot our guests have already followed his Instagram for their big days too! Thank you so much again for making our day so special and memorable.

From the very beginning, James was incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process.
On the wedding day itself, he was amazing to have around - friendly, calm and made everyone feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, making the photos feel natural.
Not only did he capture the day perfectly, but he also gave us great advice and genuine guidance throughout, which really helped everything run smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and there were absolutely no issues at all from start to finish.

James came along to photograph our wedding alongside our other photographer and we couldn't have asked for anyone better for our wedding day.
From the moment he arrived to capture groom preparations, he made Harry and the best men feel completely relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. As the day went on we barely even noticed he was taking photos, which meant we could enjoy every moment naturally without feeling awkward as we are not naturals in front of the camera.
He worked so seamlessly with our other photographer throughout the whole day and together they were a fab team. His calm, friendly approach made such a difference and we're so grateful for all the beautiful moments he captured of our day. When we were looking for a photographer for our wedding we knew we wanted someone who would fit into our day and keep it breezy as we didn’t want lots of staged photos looking still and bored.
As soon as we met James on a video call we knew he was the one for us. He listened to what we wanted and needed and made it feel like a very bespoke tailored service.
On the day we couldn’t have been any happier. James fitted into our day like he had known us and our friends and family for years! As we asked he kept it breezy but also encouraged us to do some prompted photos which we are really pleased about! He also did content creating for us too and we ended up with a lush video of shorts from the day. How he did this while taking photos and generally being fabulous I have know idea but he made it look effortless!
Our photos were sent to us in such amazing time after the wedding too and we could not be happier. James is not only a wonderfully fun human to have at your wedding, he is also very good at taking photos! We can’t thank you enough James!
All our guests have even commented on how great you were and I know the bridesmaids really felt at ease with you too!

James was absolutely brilliant on our wedding day! Not only are the photos incredible, but he was such a calming and supportive presence throughout the day. We’re not huge photo people, and he totally got that—he listened to what we wanted and made sure everything felt really natural and relaxed.
The posed shots were quick (just like we wanted) and the candid photos are just beautiful—they capture the day perfectly. He helped keep the day running smoothly and the turn around on our photos was really quick.
If you want amazing photos and someone who feels more like a friend than just a photographer, we can’t recommend James enough!

Myself and Kieran met James at a wedding fayre at Beverley Barn. Once seeing his work and speaking to him about what he can do, we booked him there and then! We certainly was not disappointed, on our wedding day he was absolutely amazing, from organising everyone, to having a laugh with the whole bridal party, been so kind, and genuinely just fitting in like he was a guest at our wedding. In the lead up to our wedding, there was never too many questions we could ask, everything was very organised for the big day. We received our whole album very quickly and the quality was AMAZING, we absolutely love our wedding photos and could not recommend James enough to anyone!

When looking for a wedding photographer there's obviously a lot to consider and a lot of services on offer. after one meeting with James we stopped looking for anyone else. immediately at ease, discussed what we wanted and nothing was an issue.....
Plus he looks like a Viking and what's not cool about having a viking photographer at your wedding! we've just received our gallery and we love them, they're better than we'd even hoped to be honest.

Would highly recommend James as your wedding photographer. From the minute we booked James, his attention to detail was on point. Communication was fantastic and it was helpful to have our pre wedding meets to ensure everything was planned ahead of the day to avoid any last minute issues. James arrived early to capture our wedding prep and EVERYONE loved him. I wanted a photographer who wasn’t going to be ‘too much’ and James understood the assignment. He blended in to the background and captured the most stunning photos without making us or our guests feel like we had a camera shoved in our faces.

From the beginning, James was so understanding that as a couple we are very camera shy, but he did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. James completely understood what style of pictures we wanted and knew exactly what shots would look good. He really slotted into the day and you would not have known that he was there, even during the more intimate moments.
James explained to us at each part of the day what was going to happen so there were no nasty surprises and helped keep our nerves to a minimum.
James was great at interacting with all of our guests, which we were so pleased about. He was even brave enough to let our young nieces have a go at taking their own pictures on his camera 😂
We had a handful of edited preview pictures the following day, which was a nice surprise on entering the wedding blues. We had all of the pictures back within 4 weeks (which again we were pleasantly surprised about, as we were expecting to have to wait a while!)
We are so pleased that we picked James to photograph our wedding as we now have the most beautiful pictures of the day that we can look back on 💗

Where do I start! We were recommended by my late sister in law as he did their wedding the year prior and I don’t regret that decision what so ever. I can’t thank James enough for capturing our special day the way he did. From start to finish he was amazing and so attentive to all our needs! We were incredibly lucky to win a days content creation with James on Instagram, and it was the best thing that could have happened and wish we had found and booked him in the first place!
From our first meeting with James he was so approachable, calm, funny and really listened to everything we wanted and needed.
He was the first supplier to arrive and the last to leave, captured every single moment on drones, 360 videos, long full moments and short clips. He has many gadgets that I don’t even understand but the next day we had hundreds of photos and videos that we could relive our day through. He created some amazing highlight reels but has given us hundreds of raw moments too!
Nothing was too much, he truly went above and beyond, including convincing the venue to let us take out a golf buggy and flying a drone to capture the moment!
He was so genuine, we are gutted we don’t have another event booked in to see him at. Easily one of the best suppliers of our day and I cannot recommend him enough!
