Hello, I'm James
A self taught wedding and events photographer, born and raised in Hull, until I met the love of my life and moved to the town of Newark. Our story was a whirlwind romance which led to us getting wed 16 months after meeting and still to this day very much in love.
I am a true believer of living life to the full and enjoying every moment you get together, so when I'm behind a camera at a wedding all I want to do is capture every moment so you can too look back at your magical moments from your special day.

Excellent service from James at 3rdEyeimages. We had said we wanted the feel of the wedding as a whole to be quite relaxed and informal and James made sure to carry on this theme in his photographs, taking a mix of candid shots along with some staged photos, all of which are excellent quality. He was brilliant to work with on the day and nothing was too much trouble for him. We had a meeting with him before the wedding to discuss what we wanted and were kept updated with confirmations of timings etc in the run up to the event. James was a pleasure to be around on the day and has a very relaxed, friendly approach which put people at ease and brought out the best shots possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

Absolutely can not recommend James enough! After having our meeting we liked him from the start, and after us both hammering home that we hate being photographed, we left feeling relaxed about having ours done. (before James we were set on not having a photographer). James took everything into consideration and went above and beyond all expectations, from arriving early and staying later (time that wasn't booked). The shoot was fun, natural and he made us feel comfortable and we actually felt like we'd known him for ages and as a friend. It was nice to be able to share similar personalities and have a banter in the day, just an all round lovely guy with so many guests commenting on how lovely he was and how polite and friendly he was. Definitely recommend him for your occasion and hopefully we will see him again one day.

James recently did our wedding reception and was a great photographer from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone; He was very friendly, easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble.
